Beige Effect

Hello, it's been a while since I last posted here. Sorry, that has to change soon. Quick update and announcement. Soon on the blog will be one collaboration post with a very exciting, and dare i say, unique brand, and another is a travel & style post on my upcoming camping up into the mountains. Soooo yeah, we got so many exciting contents coming up. And if you wanna be more updated like how i'll survive the aforementioned camping, follow me on snapchat: @ronwelllim

Moving on. Let's talk about this particular outfit. I love how streetwear continues into modernity and is now more accepting of different style and color. Personally, I think streetwear, in its modern sense, has grown a lot from what it used to be, and still continues on evolving.

What I'm Wearing: Snapback (Bershka), Sweater (H&M), Jogger (H&M), Slip-Ons (Zalora)

Take this beige getup for example; right now, there's a surge of subtler color penetrating the world of streetwear. With the likes of yeezy boost being available only in neutral tones-black, gray, tan, etc, the so many sneakerbrands, local or foreign, following the steps of their giant counterpart, and the evident use of neutral tones and other subtler colors like Pantone, etc in so many clothing lines like those from the upcoming designers, David Naman, Nicola Indelicato, and so on, subtle colors are now a thing in the world of streetwear. Quite like a 360 degree turn from its surf and skate culture roots, don't you think?
