Casual Meeting X Great Value Plus

Exciting news, you guys! An online shopping platform is on the rise, and it is, without a doubt, taking the online industry by storm! Any guesses? Okay, maybe I shall give some hints. It's the Philippines' favourite shopping destination; it offers great deals & it guarantees the best online shopping experience. Hmm..I think that's a little too much for a clue. Anyway, do any of those ring a bell? I think so. But wait! Hold on to that thought. Because before I reveal this amazing website and whether or not your guess is right, let me first share a look that I have come up with for some casual meeting.

Meetings, though casual, still demand a certain level of professionalism. You can't be in flip-flops, you can't be in shorts, or denims, and as much as possible, avoid wearing simple round neck. Ever. The point is, you want to make a first good impression (if the person you're meeting is a stranger to you), and you want to maintain an environment that is mature and professional. Moreover, you want to be perceived credible on your claims, should there be any, and if you're negotiating, you want to persuade. The truth is, there are so many things you may want to come out from such a meeting but one thing is in common- you want your presence to be taken seriously.

Thus, in styling a look for casual meetings, I often pair classic pieces. For the inner wear, a simple button-down shall do the trick; for the outerwear, a blazer or a good leather jacket, and for the footwear, I usually go for a good pair of brown or black leather shoes. Of course, there are some other ways to style an attire for casual meetings but this is the one I'm most comfortable with. But we're not done yet. There's still one component missing- a component that can elevate your style from good to timeless(pun intended). Haha! You got it- a good timepiece.

For a the longest time, men weren't allowed to experiment on fashion thus they expressed their sense of style thru small things life watches, etc. Such may not be true anymore these days but wearing a watch as a cherry on top of an already good style just binds the whole look together towards a more professional feel. Just take a look at my outfit above.

Personally, I like the site because it's very clean. It's also pretty straight forward, making it very easy to use & navigate. And unlike other websites, you can easily see here what's new in store and what the best sellers are (see photos below)

Now that you've seen the homepage, let's go to the meat of the site: checking out & buying the products. As you hover over the different sections (watches, men, women, etc), it'll give a more detailed classifications of the products that they offer. Say we wanted to check the watches section above, just hover over that and it'll thru a drop down, you can select which one you like (see photo below).

I didn't know what I want exactly, so I just clicked the "For Men" button, and it took me to this one- a display of all the watch they offer.

Well, I thought the blue watch is pretty nice so I clicked that one and added it to the cart. Thereafter, all I had to do was to fill in the details for delivery & proceed to checkout. FYI, they offer different payment methods such as cash on delivery, credit/debit card, Paypal & bank deposit. Isn't that convenient?
