Walk With Me
For a guy who was a bit overweight for the most part of his high school life, you know I wouldn't be the one to start figure-bashing. It's despicable to say the least. Yet, it's never wrong to encourage, and support a proper exercise for a healthy lifestyle, mind and body. For while our figure in whatever size they appear don't matter, our health do. And it is in proper diet and exercise that we can maintain a good one.
Now that the holidays and, thank god, that annoying hashtagnoshapedecember is over, it's high time that we pay our body what we owe them by burning all those unhealthy fats and flushing those toxins away. So here's an athletic inspired attire to inspire you to get up and get moving!
What I'm Wearing: Track Jacket (Ralph Lauren), Long Tee (H&M), Runner Shoes (River Island)
It's not an outfit for running or lifting weights, I admit. But I guess running and weightlifting aren't the only ways to exercise, right? Though I also admit that there's only a few ways to exercise that I could think of where this attire would be proper-maybe biking, or walking but hey!! it's a start? A small start but a start nonetheless. And I suppose, while not everyone can lift weights nor have the time to run, there are more of those who can do walking to exercise, right? Ergo, this post is not at all irrelevant? Eff my logic if that doesn't make sense =))

Relevant or not, I wanted to make an athletic/sports inspired attire. And here it is. I achieved this by mixing long tee, my very old track jacket that I have only recently dug up, jogger pants and running shoes. And in case you're wondering, I did take this outfit for a walk around the province. It was a very long walk and the weather was still very cold. So at least for that time, this outfit was the perfect one.
