Manila Sundance Bazaar 2015
Atop the list of the many things I love are two things: clothes, followed by food. And I’m not alone on this, I know. Admit it. Food and fashion, fashion and food-who doesn't love them? Riiighhtt? And it's probably for that fact why these two are what the recently concluded Manila Sundance Bazaar chose to deliver. Marketed as a food and fashion festival, Manila Sundance was exactly what it promised to be: a gathering of both fashion and food-lovers. But because this is a style blog, I’ll focus more on the fashion side. Before that, however, let me share what I wore to this event.
What I'm Wearing: Shirt (H&M), Military Jacket (American Eagle Outfitters), Jogger (H&M)
Because most, if not all, of this kinds of bazaars are held on a tent (albeit air-conditioned), it’s advisable to wear something a lot comfortable and a lot less flashy. The problem, however, is that dressing less flashy was a bit harder that I thought. But I did it. Or so I think.
Anyway, here’s the most comfortable and non-flashy attire I could think of- a shirt and jogger pants combo...cause what could be more comfortable than that? I also draped a military jacket over one side of my shoulder for style purposes. I know what you're thinking- how comfortable is that? Well, more comfortable than you think. The secret is buying a jacket one size bigger (medium instead of small). If you do that, you'll be draping any jacket over your shoulder/s with ease.
Now, for the bazaar part, let me share these local brands I immediately fell in love with.
